Jeff is the best lender I have ever dealt with. His knowledge of real estate is invaluable. He answered questions to my real estate problems, that I thought I was going to need a real estate attorney for. The rate he gave me for my loan was great but just the questions he answered for me was a real bonus. I am new to real estate investing, but his 30 years of experience is of great value to me. I typically do not provide testimonies, but I realize that over 15 years of service from Deercreek Financial, I am quick to refer them to all my family and friends who are thinking about getting a loan.  Perhaps it is because they send me regular information on how to save money on my existing loan, or that they don't charge more than they say they will, or that they always returns calls promptly.  Mostly, it is because of their high standard of ethics.  Jeff Tosha has advised me in the past NOT to refinance, always thinking of the custmer's best interest first.

Our house did close escrow today.  God is GREAT!  He allowed this to work out today, despite huge odds against it happening.  I wanted you to know it closed.  The seller signed and returned the HOA document this morning.  Sun Trust got the funding done in time.  Title got the wire transfer before 1:30.  Now we are just waiting for the official word from the county, but Laura said it may be late this afternoon.  Fridays are really busy she said.  I can't wait to start making all the improvements.  Rich and I are so thankful for all you have done for us through this process.  We appreciate all your encouragement, your prayers, and your expertise.  You are so amazing.  I am thankful to our Lord that he introduced us to you so many years ago.  You have been a blessing to us.
