Our house did close escrow today. God is GREAT! He allowed this to work out today, despite huge odds against it happening. I wanted you to know it closed. The seller signed and returned the HOA document this morning. Sun Trust got the funding done in time. Title got the wire transfer before 1:30. Now we are just waiting for the official word from the county, but Laura said it may be late this afternoon. Fridays are really busy she said. I can't wait to start making all the improvements.
